Still Pilates Studio is for those seeking a more intentional movement experience.
This is not a high volume studio or drop-in class environment. Sessions are primarily 1:1 and duet equipment based Pilates, allowing space for focused instruction, thoughtful progression, and care for the individual body.
Whether the goal is building strength, supporting recovery, or reconnecting to movement in a more sustainable way, each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

Katie is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates teacher, 200‑hour yoga instructor, and Psychology graduate from UCF. She blends anatomy‑driven movement with somatic healing, helping clients build strength, alignment, and nervous‑system awareness. Continuing education is central to her work, and her teaching reflects a deep commitment to mindful, sustainable movement.

All sessions are by appointment only. Book through [link] or contact Katie directly.
A 24‑hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions. This allows openings to be offered to clients on the waitlist.
If your preferred time is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified as soon as a spot opens.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended.
