Restore length, strength, and spinal awareness.

Pilates Instructor
Katie is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates teacher, 200‑hour yoga instructor, and Psychology graduate from UCF. She blends anatomy‑driven movement with somatic healing, helping clients build strength, alignment, and nervous‑system awareness.
Small group Spine Corrector is a focused, intelligently designed class using the Pilates Spine Corrector to support spinal mobility, postural strength, and controlled core work. The curved apparatus gently assists the body into supported extension and flexion while encouraging deep abdominal engagement, improved alignment, and breath awareness. This small group setting allows for personalized cueing and thoughtful progressions, making the class both restorative and strengthening. Best for clients looking to improve posture, spinal mobility, and overall body awareness. Please note: Spine Corrector work involves spinal extension. Clients with osteoporosis, spinal fractures, or certain spinal conditions should consult with the instructor prior to attending. This class is not recommended for individuals with osteoporosis.
Each session is tailored to your needs, movement history, and goals. Expect hands‑on guidance, detailed cueing, and a supportive environment.
